Dominic McKenna, Virgin Trains tried there best to get rid of smiles, I helped people with bags, gave up seats and even tried the odd joke but the trains were bloody late... two hours late... the smiles were forced and thin on the ground. My smile was taken when I was home and a Marks & Spencer tea was had washed down with some nice Italian Red wine.
